SAMS Odisha +3 (UG) Admission Process 2024-25 For academic year 2024-25, admission procedures for +3 (UG) enrollment include multiple steps that may take up to several months in completion. They include as follows.
Filling Out the Common Application Form:
Applicants complete a common application form that includes providing their details, filling in choice filling options, and attaching required documents.
Merit List Release: Once applications have been received, a merit list is prepared based on each candidate’s performance in their qualifying examination and will be released to each applicant.
Exercise of Slide/Freeze/Float Options: Once the merit list has been released, candidates have three choices for how they would like their admission handled: sliding, freezing, or floating their admission. Sliding allows candidates to change colleges/courses if seats become available; freezing or floating allows candidates to delay admission until seats become available again; floating allows candidates to move to another college/course altogether if there are available seats;
Freezing confirms admission to an allotted college/course; floating permits them to wait for subsequent rounds of admission if their desired college/course is allotted to them.
Note: Candidates wishing to suspend their admission should present all necessary documents and pay any required admission fees at their designated college to confirm it.
